> A true taste of Appalachian history. Our Bloody Butcher Cornmeal is stone-milled right here in Waynesville, NC, using heirloom corn that has deep roots in our Smoky Mountain landscape.
> The History: Named for the striking red streaks on the kernels, this historic dent corn variety has been a mountain staple for generations. It’s an authentic piece of our regional agricultural heritage, grown and milled with the same respect for the land that our ancestors had over a century ago.
> The Taste: If you’re used to store-bought cornmeal, you’re in for a surprise. This is full-flavored, robust, and nutty, with a rich, complex sweetness that only fresh, stone-ground heirloom corn provides. It brings an incredible texture and gorgeous color to everything from cast-iron cornbread and crispy fried fish to hearty breakfast grits.
> Freshness Guaranteed: We mill in small, controlled batches to ensure you get the peak flavor and nutrition of the whole grain. Extremely limited supply—get it while it’s fresh!
>
How does that sound for capturing that mountain soul? If you’re happy with this, you can copy it right into your product listing!

> A true taste of Southern heritage. Our Purple Straw Wheat Flour is stone-milled right here in Waynesville, NC, using historic grain deeply rooted in our regional landscape.

This creates a remarkably tender, flavorful, and aromatic flour that makes out-of-this-world biscuits, pastries, and rustic artisan bakes. It brings an incredible texture and rich depth of flavor that modern wheat simply can't touch.
> Freshness Guaranteed: We mill in small, controlled batches to ensure you get the peak flavor and nutrition of the whole grain. Extremely limited supply—get it while it's fresh!

Purple Straw Wheat Flour

> The Taste: Enjoy the rich, nutty depth and complex aroma that only fresh, stone-ground grain can provide.
