Beautiful garlic, picked early before it begins to bulb up. Use the same ways you enjoy regular garlic but with more fresh greens to enjoy! They sub perfectly into recipes that call for both garlic and green onions - you get the best of both flavors. These have not been cured so will not store the way traditional bulbs of garlic do, so keep them in the fridge and eat within a few weeks.

They are very dedicated parents and managed a 67% hatch rate on her very first brood, and I anticipate this going up each year that Sil is allowed to brood. $400 for the couple. 

****SOLD*** Billy and Betty: Both geese are one year old, and very happy together. Betty had some brooding tendencies this year, so they will likely be good parents in the future! $350 for the couple.
