Orders are typically ready for delivery 30 - 35 days after harvesting date. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery. We will deliver to your home or location of your choice in Clark County, WA. If you live outside this area, we will work with you on a location for pick-up. 


Price is calculated from the hanging weight. Final price range includes processing/cut & wrap fees. Once the half of pig is weighed, we give you the final total owed less the deposit paid. Final total to be paid via cash or check at delivery. 


A half is usually 80-130lbs hanging weight. The cost per pound will be $6.50/lb. based on the hanging weight and vacuum sealed in plastic. Total cost would be around $520 - $845. 


We have a standard cutting order for the half of pig as there isn’t much room for change from what our standard order is. It is a mix of everything mentioned at the beginning of this description.
