Red Truck Farm
OUR FARM Red Truck Farm is a small scale, certified organic mixed vegetable farm located in Ridgefield, Washington. We sell our produce to local restaurants, grocers, and directly to individuals through our webstore, CSA and an honor system stand at the farm. Farm owner, Amber, has been farming since 2007 and is assisted by her two children, Oliver and Lyla and a small and mighty farm crew each season. OUR NAME Yes. We have a red truck. But that isn’t the only reason why we chose our name. A “truck farm” is literally a farm where vegetables are grown for market. For us, the name conjures images of farmers with loaded pick-up truck beds parked on the side of the road or highway selling strawberries, corn, or melons out of the back. We too are excited to bring our produce straight to our customers. OUR PRODUCE Throughout the year we hope that you will enjoy the variety of vegetables that we are growing. Always working to find a new favorite, each season brings a combination of old standards and new experiments. In recent seasons we have been honing our craft of producing high quality salad greens, heirloom tomatoes, microgreens and shoots, herbs and root crops. This year our fields will be full of lettuces, spinach, arugula, baby kale, pea shoots, other microgreens, carrots, beets, radishes, scallions, edible flowers, dill, basil, parsley, onions, kale, collards, chard, heirloom tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, kohlrabi, bok choy, cucumbers, beans, peas and squash.

Garlic, Green
$5.00
Beautiful garlic, picked early before it begins to bulb up. Use the same ways you enjoy regular garlic but with more fresh greens to enjoy! They sub perfectly into recipes that call for both garlic and green onions - you get the best of both flavors. These have not been cured so will not store the way traditional bulbs of garlic do, so keep them in the fridge and eat within a few weeks.
