When you purchase a half steer, you’re getting a half share of premium, 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef — custom cut, vacuum-sealed, and frozen for your freezer. Here’s a typical breakdown:

Ribeye: 12–18 lb (≈ 10–14 steaks)
New York Strip: 12–18 lb (≈ 10–14 steaks)
