(Eg. Roasts, steaks, stew meat, spareribs, brisket, steaks and thickness). All cuts will be vacuumed packed. We recommend bringing 4-5 coolers for your drive home.

The livestock are raised on pasture rotational grazing and finished with a balanced diet of grain and hay. All animals are antibiotic-free and vaccinated for the health of the animal.
