(Eg. Roasts, steaks, stew meat, spareribs, brisket, steaks and thickness). All cuts will be vacuumed packed. We recommend bringing 4-5 coolers for your drive home.

The livestock are raised on pasture rotational grazing and finished with a balanced diet of grain and hay. All animals are antibiotic-free and vaccinated for the health of the animal.

When you purchase, you will pay a deposit and be added to the next avaiable time slot. We will send you the cut sheet and make sure you understand it. Once your beef is delivered to the processor and it is weighed, you will be charged the remaining balance (plus if you want any additional add ons, example jerky, you will be charged at that time).
