This is an 8oz package of our award-winning MO Special Cheese.     Massadam (Leerdam) is the formal name, but we call it MO Special. This cheese did not start being produced till 1980. Its popularity is due to the fact that it combines the best characteristics of gouda and Swiss.  Each package has a two-year shelf life in the refrigerator.

This is an 8oz package of our award-winning Raclette Cheese.    This cheese dates to the Middle Ages with its origin in the Swiss alps. This is the ultimate melting cheese.  Each package has a two-year shelf life in the refrigerator.

Farmer's Gouda


This is an 8oz package of our award-winning Garlic Jersey Jack Cheese.  Our girls decided on this cheese by eating the green onions.  We add extra garlic and is now one of our most popular cheese.  Each package has a two-year shelf life in the refrigerator.   

Garlic Jersey Jack

This is an 8oz package of our award-winning Havarti Cheese.  This cheese is currently one of Denmark’s most popular cheese.  This is one of our seasonal cheeses only available in late spring early summer.  With the high fat content of our milk this cheese is extra creamy.  Each package has a two-year shelf life in the refrigerator.  

Havarti

This is an 8oz package of our award-winning Jersey Jack Cheese.  This cheese originated in California.  It is a full fat Monterey Jack cheese that has been aged.  If it has been aged over seven months it is known as a dry Jack.  Each package has a two-year shelf life in the refrigerator.    

Jersey Jack
