Beef Bundle

This box represents a typical monthly 15# meat subscription. It features a variety of our 100% grassfed beef, pastured pork, and chicken. I will also include one of our farm favorite recipies. This is a great trial run for anyone curious to try a subscription without the commitment. It is also a great option for someone looking to throw caution to the wind and enjoy the mystery of not knowing what will be inside (I promise it will be good! Farmers Choicest Cuts!). Once order is placed, I will be in touch to schedule pick up.

This bundle is equal to around a half pig and amounts to 70-75 pounds of boxed cuts. 

This bundle can be purchased at anytime. Occasionally we will need a wait a couple weeks until a restock to fill the order. Item availability is subject to change.

Our heritage breed hogs are fed raw milk, organic grain, garden scraps, and apple drops. They are rotated through the woods and fields of our farm.

Our eggs (one dozen) from our hens that are raised on pasture and supplemented with NON-GMO grains. Our hens live lives where they are free to roam, hunt for bugs, dust bathe and nap in the sunshine. And the taste reflects their happiness. The yolks are a buttery, vibrant, yellow-orange. They are nutrient dense and packed with flavor! During the season, the shelters are moved daily to fresh grass.

In the Vermont winter months, we bring pasture to them in their greenhouses and feed out hay in addition to their grain. Bedding of peat moss provides a warm and clean base for them to roam in plenty of space.
