Our extract is made with only 2 ingredients: alcohol and vanilla beans. We do not add dyes, sweeteners, preservatives, or even water. Just a simply rich ingredient for that timeless grandma’s recipe.

Pure Vanilla Extract

We sell whole and half pork shares. We feed our pigs milk, produce, and grain. They are rotated through the forest so they are free to eat whatever grubs and roots they can find. Not always in stock so reach out to see when our next butcher date will be.

Fresh, rich, and tender- perfect for any dinner option. USDA cut. Note- a single tenderloin weights roughly 1/2 a pound.

Pork Tenderloin 

Pork ribs are a delicious option in the oven, grill, or slow cooker. USDA cut. We also have Spare Ribs available. A rack of ribs weighs a little over a pound and the spare ribs weight a little over 2 pounds.

Babyback Ribs

Classic dinner made to feed the family. Can be marinated for big flavor or enjoy plain. USDA cut. Comes in packs of 2 chops which weighs roughly 1/2 a pound.

Boneless Pork Chops

You can’t beat the in-bone pork chop. Juicy, flavorful, and a quick made meal. USDA cut. Each pack contains 2 chops which weights just under 1 pound.

This smoked ham is great for holidays, family get togethers, or budget friendly leftovers. Cut in a USDA facility. Hams range from 3-5lbs (only 5 left!) We also have Ham ends for $6/lb.

Ham Roast

Also referred to as the “picnic” this cut has been smoked so it’s ready to be a delicious meal for the family! Cut in a USDA facility. Most packages weight between 2-3lbs.

Shoulder

This cut can be used in many ways! Render it into lard and use as a cooking oil or grind with your lean game meats to get the perfect mix. Cut in a USDA facility. 

Back Fat

Just like the normal back fat but now filled with smoked flavor! Cut in a USDA facility.

Smoked Back Fat

Great way to render lard or mix with a leaner meat. Cut in a USDA facility.

Kidney Fat

Can be used as a cheaper dinner option, making soups, or a high value reward for pets. USDA cut.

Hocks

Using every part of the carcass is the best way to save money and show respect to the animal. The feet can be pickled, used in soups, or given to pets. USDA cut. Each package has 2 feet.
