Start your morning with light, fluffy blueberry pancakes made from simple ingredients you’d actually keep in your own pantry. Our Organic Blueberry Sourdough Pancake Mix is crafted in small batches with organic flour, organic cane sugar, our signature dehydrated sourdough starter made from organic flour and filtered water, baking powder, sea salt, and real freeze-dried organic blueberries. Unlike many commercial pancake mixes, ours isn’t packed with preservatives, artificial flavors, anti-caking agents, or unnecessary fillers. The sourdough starter adds a subtle depth of flavor, while real blueberries bring naturally sweet bursts of berry flavor throughout. Simply add milk, an egg, and butter for pancakes that are light, fluffy, and tender with golden edges. Serve with warm maple syrup, whipped butter, or your favorite fruit preserves. Makes: Two batches, approximately 16–20 pancakes total (depending on size).

This is the cutest little farmer stand ever. She is on the honor System so I hope everybody treats her well. Lots of Breads and eggs and fresh spices to choose from. These homemade goodies are at a very reasonable price! Please go see her!
