Start your morning with pancakes made from ingredients you’d actually keep in your own pantry. Our Organic Sourdough Pancake Mix is crafted in small batches using organic flour, organic cane sugar, our signature dehydrated sourdough starter made from organic flour and filtered water, baking powder, and sea salt—nothing more. Unlike many commercial pancake mixes, ours isn’t packed with preservatives, artificial flavors, anti-caking agents, or unnecessary fillers. Just simple, wholesome ingredients that let real flavor shine. The sourdough starter adds a subtle depth of flavor while producing pancakes that are light, fluffy, and perfectly tender with golden edges. Simply add milk, an egg, and butter for a homemade breakfast that’s every bit as comforting as it is delicious. Serve with warm maple syrup, fresh berries, whipped butter, or your favorite fruit preserves for a breakfast worth slowing down for. Makes: Approximately two family-sized batches of pancakes (about 16–20 pancakes, depending on size).

This is the cutest little farmer stand ever. She is on the honor System so I hope everybody treats her well. Lots of Breads and eggs and fresh spices to choose from. These homemade goodies are at a very reasonable price! Please go see her!
