Our hens forage happily & freely under a canopy of pecan trees. Their primary food source is natures buffet. They receive table scraps & limited amounts of commercial organic feed. Where possible, we are non-GMO and limit corn & soy exposure.

Our kitchen is free of plastic & non-stick cookware. Our sourdough is made with organic bread flour, sea salt & filtered water. My process is extremely clean and your bread never touches any surface other than wood, stainless steel, cast iron or silicone.
