Lizzie is an incoming high school senior who recently earned her Seal of Biliteracy after passing the AP Spanish exam, demonstrating proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. She’s baking and selling these loaves to help earn her way to Spain, where she hopes to experience the language and culture firsthand after years of hard work studying it. Every loaf purchased helps support her senior trip and gives you a soft, moist, pecan-filled excuse to enjoy banana bread for a good cause.

If you haven’t tried The Plumber’s Wife’s eggs & sourdough bread you are missing out!! The brown sugar & Texas pecan banana bread is also amazing!! Looking forward to trying the tomatoes and green beans this week. You can order ahead to guarantee your items are available and she has an easy set up to pay and pick up your order. I tried the lemon blueberry sourdough for the first time today and it’s so good!!
