Organic Valencia oranges are slowly cooked with a deep ruby hibiscus tea made from roselle grown right here on our farm. The roselle was harvested from last year’s crop, carefully dehydrated, and steeped with organic cinnamon sticks before being strained and added to the marmalade. A splash of vanilla rounds everything out, creating a bright, citrusy preserve with warm spice and a beautiful tart-floral finish. It’s sweet and vibrant from the Valencia oranges, slightly tangy from the roselle, and softly spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. The result is a marmalade that tastes distinctly different from anything you’ll find on a grocery-store shelf. Our new roselle crop is growing now but won’t be ready until later in the season, making this a little preview of fall using the last of last year’s harvest. There may only be enough farm-grown roselle for one more batch before the fresh crop arrives. Small batch. Farm grown. Limited edition.

I am now a regular! I ordered blackberry jam today! Delicious! Also ordered brownie and pancake mix and dry herbs for bread dipping! ! Can’t wait to try! Her sourdough is the best! Always delicious! Lizzie’s banana bread is addictive!

This is the cutest little farmer stand ever. She is on the honor System so I hope everybody treats her well. Lots of Breads and eggs and fresh spices to choose from. These homemade goodies are at a very reasonable price! Please go see her!
