This is our top-of-the-line bundle and includes our best steaks. We have produced the marbling and flavor you expect by "finishing" the beef with hand-fed grain for up to 60 days. We'll also include a couple of grass finished options when available.

The $11.50 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef, averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound. 

We use a USDA inspected local processor to prepare your beef, and stage it here in our own walk-in freezer. 

Using our "Stanrdard Cut" detailed below, an example Quarter Beef with 75 pounds of take-home meat includes: 

• Steaks: (20%) - Premium Steaks cut 1" thick (Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Fillet) plus Sirloin; Flank & Skirt Steaks 

• Roasts (20%) - London Broil, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast

• Other (20%) - Brisket; "Korean Ribs"; Cross-cut Shank (Osso Bucco) 

• Ground Beef (40%) - In 1 LB Packs

This is also an excellent choice if your Brisket from a quarter, half or whole cow is long gone, but you're not ready for a complete reorder. This should hold you over.

Price per pound is $9.95, estimated weigh is 300-340 pounds, and total price is estimated at approximately $3200.

The $9.95 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef - not the "hanging weight" (we do not charge for organs, soup bones – just freezer meat), averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Unlike other arrangements, the processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound.

So, take advantage of bulk pricing and enjoy our grass-fed, grain-finished sustainably raised, Angus beef.

We donated one of the first four cows we had USDA processed to this local charity in August 2020. Through subsequent donations, we have given almost 500 pounds of beef to the hungry. Now, through this option, we can work together to do more. 

Here is how it works: 

· You select the dollar level of your donation in $20 increments (Qty1 = $20, Qty 2=$40,...Qty5=$100)

· We work with the food bank to coordinate the quantity and type of meat for delivery 

· We gather your donation and others, and supply the meat at our cost 

· You receive a photo of your donation, and a receipt for your donation from Fauquier Community Food Bank, a registered 501(c)(3) Organization
