And the taste reflects their happiness. The yolks are a buttery, vibrant, yellow-orange. They are nutrient dense and packed with flavor! During the season, the shelters are moved daily to fresh grass.

In the Vermont winter months, we bring pasture to them in their greenhouses and feed out hay in addition to their grain. Bedding of peat moss provides a warm and clean base for them to roam in plenty of space.
