The young stalks of immature garlic.  Can be used like scapes, but with the texture of scallion or leeks.  Sharper when raw than cooked. Great in salads, dressings, on pizza or pasta or anywhere you want that fresh garlic taste.

A mix of sunflower shoots, pea shoots and buckwheat shoots.  A great addition to salads, topper for soups or stews or greens for sandwiches!
