Norman Ridge Farmstead
Norman Ridge Farmstead is a family farm located in New York’s Adirondack Mountains, overlooking Whiteface Mountain and the Saranac River Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef cattle and have a seasonal roadside stand with fresh produce and flowers. In 2014, Holli Edgley and Chris Neill purchased their 13-acre farmstead property, which is directly adjacent to Edgley Farms owned by Holli’s parents. Together, they are working with Ron and Beth to manage the farm and steward the property. The plan is to fence more pasture, graze more cattle, and offer delicious grass-fed beef to the local community.

What an amazing place. The beef is always delicious and their eggs and berries are fantastic. We’ve picked up grape tomatoes that never made it home because we couldn’t stop eating them. An added bonus is that the views down Norman Ridge road are definitely top 5 in the Adks!
