This box is a 15 pound variety box of our pastured beef, pork, or chicken, and when available may contain a specialty meat like: bacon, lamb cuts, or turkey/goose parts.

What you can expect: 4 packs of ground beef, 2 steaks, 1 roast (pork or beef), 1 chicken (either a small whole chicken or farmers choice on parts), 1 pack sausage or ground pork, 1 pork cut (pork chops/butt chop/ribs/tenderloin/etc), and a specialty meat as available.

Boxes will also contain a recipe card for an item in the box.

*If a product is not available, the farmer will make substitutions of equal or greater value.
