100% Grass Fed Beef Chuck Roast.

The classic pot roast! This bone-in cut is from the shoulder of the beef, meaning it has a ton of flavor but also well-worked muscles that can toughen up the meat if not properly prepared. This roast is best prepared low and slow, like in a braise or slow cooker. Long exposure to heat will help break down connective tissues and render the fat making this classic comfort food moist and tender! This cut can also be cubed and used in stew.

Each bar sits and hardens fir several weeks before being made available for sale. It is head to toe.
