100% Grass Fed Beef Chuck Roast.

The classic pot roast! This bone-in cut is from the shoulder of the beef, meaning it has a ton of flavor but also well-worked muscles that can toughen up the meat if not properly prepared. This roast is best prepared low and slow, like in a braise or slow cooker.
