The $9.95 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef - not the "hanging weight" (we do not charge for organs, soup bones – just freezer meat), averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Unlike other arrangements, the processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound. So, take advantage of bulk pricing and enjoy our grass-fed, grain-finished sustainably raised, Angus beef. We use a USDA inspected local processor to prepare your beef, and you pick-up directly from the butcher.
