We have been honored to welcome generations of families to our orchard, and now we introduce Stribling Beef. We are the sixth generation of Striblings to farm this land, and we are proud of the fruit our family has grown for over 200 years. But, not only have we been growing fruit, we have also been raising cattle for as long as the farm has existed. For the first time ever, we are selling our grass fed beef directly to the public! Every beef sold is raised from birth by the Stribling family. Our grass fed beef, from the well known Angus breed, spend their days grazing naturally on our pastures in northern Fauquier County. You can see them in the fields adjoining the orchard and in the immediate area. Thank you again for your patronage!

Steak Lovers Bundle - 20 Pounds - Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin & More

Everyone loves a great steak! This 20-pound bundle is guaranteed to include 10 pounds of steak! This is our top-of-the-line bundle and includes our best steaks. We have produced the marbling and flavor you expect by "finishing" the beef with hand-fed grain for up to 60 days. We'll also include a couple of grass finished options when available. Place your order here and pick up at the orchard. What you'll find in The Steak Lovers Bundle: · Premium Steaks: >10 Pounds - Our steaks are cut 1 inch thick specifically for grilling. You will receive all of the following cuts: Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, and Sirloin steaks, plus a selection of skirt, top round, flank, hanger steaks. · Roasts & Ground Beef: ~10 Pounds - You will receive a selection of favorites including London Broil, "Korean BBQ Ribs, and our naturally raised ground beef (approximately 80% lean).

Your Quarter Cow is from our own grass-fed, sustainably raised, Angus beef. Enjoy all of the benefits of buying locally. Pick-up at Stribling Orchard!!! Take your meat straight from our farm to your freezer! The $11.50 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef, averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound. We use a USDA inspected local processor to prepare your beef, and stage it here in our own walk-in freezer. The $9.95 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef - not the "hanging weight" (we do not charge for organs, soup bones – just freezer meat), averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Unlike other arrangements, the processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound. So, take advantage of bulk pricing and enjoy our grass-fed, grain-finished sustainably raised, Angus beef. DONATE Beef to Fauquier Community Food Bank

Please join us in addressing food insecurity during this holiday season. Use the Quantity option to donate beef to the Fauquier Community Food Bank. We donated one of the first four cows we had USDA processed to this local charity in August 2020. Through subsequent donations, we have given almost 500 pounds of beef to the hungry. Now, through this option, we can work together to do more.
