Everyone loves a great steak! This 20-pound bundle is guaranteed to include 10 pounds of steak! 

This is our top-of-the-line bundle and includes our best steaks. We have produced the marbling and flavor you expect by "finishing" the beef with hand-fed grain for up to 60 days. We'll also include a couple of grass finished options when available.

What you'll find in The Steak Lovers Bundle: 

· Premium Steaks: >10 Pounds - Our steaks are cut 1 inch thick specifically for grilling. You will receive all of the following cuts: Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, and Sirloin steaks, plus a selection of skirt, top round, flank, hanger steaks.  

· Roasts & Ground Beef: ~10 Pounds - You will receive a selection of favorites including London Broil, "Korean BBQ Ribs, and our naturally raised ground beef (approximately 80% lean).

Pick-up at Stribling Orchard!!! Take your meat straight from our farm to your freezer!

The $11.50 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef, averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound. 

We use a USDA inspected local processor to prepare your beef, and stage it here in our own walk-in freezer. 

Using our "Stanrdard Cut" detailed below, an example Quarter Beef with 75 pounds of take-home meat includes: 

• Steaks: (20%) - Premium Steaks cut 1" thick (Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Fillet) plus Sirloin; Flank & Skirt Steaks 

• Roasts (20%) - London Broil, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast

• Other (20%) - Brisket; "Korean Ribs"; Cross-cut Shank (Osso Bucco) 

• Ground Beef (40%) - In 1 LB Packs

A 5 cubic foot freezer is perfect if you are buying new, or judge 3-4 cubic ft in an existing freezer.

You recieve four quarterly 10-pound beef samplers per year.  Compare to  8 our - $96 standalone Beef Sampler and the benefits of subscribtion become obvious.  

The Beef Sampler Subscription is a manageable solution designed to meet your tastes, schedule and budget. Benefits include:              

A convenient 10 pound selection that will easily fit into any standard kitchen fridge/freezer        
The capability to speed up slow down your supply, based on how quickly you are going through your meat        
The ability to customize each order to fit your needs: "pick-ur-own" beef on-site or simply tell us "more steaks," "more burger," or "I need a nice 3 lb roast"        
Subscription prices are locked in for a year. Your price is guaranteed, important in this time of inflation        
Subscribers receive first choice of our 16 OZ premium steaks    
Considerable price saving over the standalone Beef Sapler Bundle. 
You will pick up your meat at Stribling Orchard quarterly, or anytime we are open during Peach & Apple season. If you would like to move up a month or two that is great with us, just let us know. Conversely, if you need to push a pick up back a month or two for any reason (or even cancel), that is no problem.

· Premium Steaks: (Qty 2) ~16 OZ each - Our steaks are cut 1” thick and sized for splurging or sharing. Premium steaks are chosen from the following cuts: T-Bone, Porterhouse, and Ribeye Steaks.

· Specialty  Cuts: ~3 pounds - You choose from a selection including beef roasts, sirloin and round steaks, kabobs, London Broil, short ribs and more.

· Ground Beef: (Qty 5) 1 LB Packs – 80% lean, for backyard burgers, taco night, or your favorite

Beef Sampler Subscription - 10LBs ea - Start Anytime

Simply select your pick-up date, place your order. You will pick up your meat at Stribling Orchard. 

You now have two options for the Beef Sampler:

1. This standalone Beef Sampler at 8 Pounds for $96.

2. Our separately sold Beef Sampler Subscription at 10 Pounds for $99, with four pick-ups per year. 

The Beef Sampler Bundle is ideal for the small family that wants to try natural, grass fed beef for the first time. The Sampler Bundle is guaranteed to include a cross section of premium steaks, our selected specialty cuts, and ground beef. The ten pounds of beef will easily fit into any standard freezer/fridge. 

What you'll find in the standalone Beef Sampler Bundle:

· Premium Steaks: (Qty 2) ~16 OZ each - Our steaks are cut 1” thick and sized for splurging or sharing. Steaks chosen from the following cuts: T-Bone, Porterhouse, and Ribeye Steaks. 

· Specialty  Cuts: ~2 pounds - You will receive an introduction to beef roasts, fajita cuts and more steaks (sirloin & round) selected for flavor and ease of cooking. 

· Ground Beef: (Qty 4) 1 LB Packs – 80% lean, for backyard burgers, taco night, or your favorite

THE BRISKET BUNDLE - SLOW COOK SPECIALS

There are only two Briskets per cow,  and they are only available through our Brisket Bundle. 

You've got the Smoker. We've got the local beef to put it to work. 

This is also an excellent choice if your Brisket from a quarter, half or whole cow is long gone, but you're not ready for a complete reorder. This should hold you over.

The Brisket Bundle contains:                

- Brisket ~5 Pounds

             The King of the slow cooks                         

- "Korean BBQ" Ribs ~ 5 Pounds    
 

               Cook these inside or out        

Brisket Bundle - Get your smoker ready

Price per pound is $9.95, estimated weigh is 300-340 pounds, and total price is estimated at approximately $3200.

The $9.95 price per pound is for the final take-home weight of your beef - not the "hanging weight" (we do not charge for organs, soup bones – just freezer meat), averaging across premium steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Unlike other arrangements, the processing fee for the butchering is included in the price per pound.

So, take advantage of bulk pricing and enjoy our grass-fed, grain-finished sustainably raised, Angus beef.

Our standard pre-cut configuration includes:  

· Steaks: (20%) - Premium Steaks cut 1" thick (Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone) plus Sirloin, Flank & Skirt Steaks  

 · Roasts (20%) - Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast, London Broil  

· Other (20%%) - Brisket; Short Ribs; Kabobs; Cross-Cut Shank (Osso Bucco)  

· Ground Beef (40%) - 80% lean ground beef in 1 LB Packs

We donated one of the first four cows we had USDA processed to this local charity in August 2020. Through subsequent donations, we have given almost 500 pounds of beef to the hungry. Now, through this option, we can work together to do more. 

Here is how it works: 

· You select the dollar level of your donation in $20 increments (Qty1 = $20, Qty 2=$40,...Qty5=$100)

· We work with the food bank to coordinate the quantity and type of meat for delivery 

· We gather your donation and others, and supply the meat at our cost 

· You receive a photo of your donation, and a receipt for your donation from Fauquier Community Food Bank, a registered 501(c)(3) Organization
