First time buying (at the Ligonier Country Market) and purchased a beef tongue and lamb sausage. Have yet to try the tongue (will be cooking that up this weekend), but ate the lamb link sausage over the past couple days and I WISH I HAD BOUGHT MORE! It is perfectly seasoned; not too salty, and just sweet enough that it can be eaten for any meal of the day. The lamb flavor is subtle. This sausage would be delicious with maple syrup drizzled over it while it cooks to accompany breakfast, or grilled as is to accompany any savory dish as well! I will definitely be purchasing more of this sausage, and will be revisiting this tent at the market for sure! Highly recommend.
