It’s one of our most popular steaks for good reason! At Rebel Hollow Farm, our cattle are grass-raised and grain-finished with non-GMO grain. We do not use growth hormones, and antibiotics are used only when medically necessary for the health of an animal. Ribeyes are individually packaged and USDA inspected. Best for: Grilling, cast-iron searing, broiling, or cooking over an open fire. 🔥 Cooking Tip: Ribeye loves high heat. Get your grill or skillet hot, sear both sides, and cook to your preferred temperature. Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes before cutting so all those flavorful juices stay in the meat.
