Filet Our filet is the most tender steak we offer—lean, buttery, and incredibly tender with a mild, rich beef flavor. Cut from the tenderloin, it’s perfect for a special dinner but simple enough to make any night feel a little special. At Rebel Hollow Farm, our cattle are grass-raised and grain-finished with non-GMO grain. We do not use growth hormones, and antibiotics are used only when medically necessary for the health of an animal. Filets are individually packaged and USDA inspected. Best for: Grilling, cast-iron searing, broiling, or wrapping in bacon. 🔥 Cooking Tip: Filet is naturally lean, so don't overcook it. Sear it hot and fast and finish to your preferred temperature.
