NY Strip Steak Our NY Strip is a classic steakhouse favorite with bold beef flavor, a satisfying bite, and just the right amount of marbling. It’s a little firmer than a ribeye or filet, making it a great choice when you want a hearty, flavorful steak. At Rebel Hollow Farm, our cattle are grass-raised and grain-finished with non-GMO grain. We do not use growth hormones, and antibiotics are used only when medically necessary for the health of an animal. NY Strips are individually packaged and USDA inspected. Best for: Grilling, cast-iron searing, broiling, or cooking over an open fire. 🔥 Cooking Tip: Start with a hot grill or skillet to develop a flavorful crust.
