Our butcher only works with farmers on the cutting orders therefore you will work directly with us. We have a standard cutting order that we will share with the customer via email and the customer can customize for their preferences. We will work through email or a phone call for this. Once we have your hanging weight is when this will be emailed out. Usually within a week of your harvest date.

Fill your freezer with premium pork chops, hearty roasts, boneless pork tenderloin, spareribs, cured bacon, cured hams, cured hocks, ground pork and breakfast sausage for your family and friends! Orders are typically ready for delivery 30 - 35 days after harvesting date. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery. We will deliver to your home or location of your choice in Clark County, WA. If you live outside this area, we will work with you on a location for pick-up. 


Price is calculated from the hanging weight. Final price range includes processing/cut & wrap fees. Once the half of pig is weighed, we give you the final total owed less the deposit paid. Final total to be paid via cash or check at delivery. 


A half is usually 80-130lbs hanging weight. The cost per pound will be $6.50/lb. based on the hanging weight and vacuum sealed in plastic. Total cost would be around $520 - $845.
