Red Truck Farm

Amber

A peppery green, one of our absolute favorites for salads, sandwiches, and mixing into cooked dishes.

Arugula - 1 lb

Baby Dill

Our kale mix comes from seed grown by Wild Garden Seed, an amazing plant breeder and seed saving hero in the Willamette Valley. This mix represents the full genetic diversity of their entire kale seed program (plus a little purple kale added in) - so much diversity in just a few bites of salad!

Baby Kale Mix - 1 lb

One pound of a beautiful, colorful mix of our favorite braising greens from the farm. May include kale, chard, mustard greens, spinach and/or collards.

Braising Greens Mix

Delicious carrots, a crunch all the kids love!

Carrots

This beautiful chard makes it easy to eat the rainbow.

Chard, Rainbow

Chard chard chard! Ruby Red Swiss Chard! Chop it and sautee, add to pasta, eggs/quiche/omelettes, or substitute it for spinach to add a little more heartiness and color to your recipes. We love this green!

 Chard, Ruby Red Swiss

Cilantro

Gorgeous collard greens, one of our favorite crops to cook at home. Enjoy these braised, sauteed, as a wrap "tortilla", or cooked into sauces.

Collard Greens

Beautiful garlic, picked early before it begins to bulb up. Use the same ways you enjoy regular garlic but with more fresh greens to enjoy! They sub perfectly into recipes that call for both garlic and green onions - you get the best of both flavors. These have not been cured so will not store the way traditional bulbs of garlic do, so keep them in the fridge and eat within a few weeks.

Garlic, Green

I love the convenience of shopping from home for fresh local veg and eggs! The farm stand in Ridgefield is a gem, too.
