You get a quarter of a cow butchered into steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, soup bones and more. • $8.50/lb of hanging weight (250 - 350 lbs hanging weights). • Price includes harvest and processing fees. • After removal of organs and fat, trimming and deboning, you take home 70 - 75% of the hanging weight in beef. • This is a deposit. The remainder will be invoiced at butchering and due at pick up. • We will email to confirm your butcher date. • Request organs, dog bones, fat, and trim as desired.
