This is the loaf our family reaches for first—and my daughter’s undisputed favorite. Creamy Brie melts into rich, buttery pockets throughout the bread, while golden caramelized cheese on the crust & inside the crumb creates irresistible savory bites. Fresh rosemary, harvested from our own organically grown garden, adds a delicate woodsy aroma that perfectly complements the rich, creamy cheese. One of our regular customers summed it up best after taking a loaf home: “It made the best grilled cheese I’ve ever had in my life.” We couldn’t think of a better endorsement. Made with organic flour and naturally fermented sourdough starter, this is our most indulgent loaf. It’s equally at home on a charcuterie board, alongside a bowl of tomato soup, or simply toasted warm with a little butter. If there’s a “special occasion” sourdough, this is it.
