Homemade kombucha made in small gallon size batches. It is black sweet tea fermented for 7 days in the gallon container, then bottled into 16.5 oz glass bottles with organic 100% juice and fresh raw ginger pieces for another 7 days. Enjoy within 7 days. $8/bottle or $5/bottle if returning empty and rinsed bottles for reuse. I have made pineapple and orange/mango flavors, but open to new flavor requests as long as I can find it in 100% organic juice form.
