Rooted in my Guyanese heritage and my lifelong love of growing, cooking and creating, I offer small-batch foods, herbal teas, spice blends, vegan and gluten-free baked goods, culturally significant plants, seeds and seasonal garden starts. Some things begin in my garden. Some begin in my kitchen. Others begin with a flavor, plant or memory from home that deserves to be carried forward. I grow and create in small batches with an emphasis on real ingredients, bold flavour and the stories behind what we eat and grow. From Guyanese herbs and unusual edible plants to Caribbean-inspired foods, botanical blends and handmade treats, She Herbs Melanated is about keeping good food, useful plants and cultural traditions moving from one home to another.
