Our Hereford/Angus cows are raised on our pasture and hand-fed grass by our children. They have access to lots of grass and sunshine. They are 100% grass-fed and finished. The share is 1/12th of a steer and ends up being between 27-30 lbs. About 12 lbs are ground beef. The remaining consists of steaks, roasts, soup bones, and ribs.
