Bar 5 is a family owned and operated producer of beef, pork, and poultry serving the direct to consumer market in the Twin Cities area since 2001. We are 5th generation farmers (our grandchildren are the 7th!) that produce food the way we always have, and the way it should be: without the use of hormones, antibiotics, animal byproducts, or GMOs. We hope to see you at the Lowertown Saint Paul or Lyndale Minneapolis farmers' markets sometime soon! Our animals are primarily grass-fed with a mixed grain ration supplement to maintain a balanced diet. They are pasture-raised with access to pasture 24/7. We raise, process, and package our products on-farm. Come taste the difference!

Purchased bacon, chicken brats and ground beef from Bar 5 at the farmer’s market- and everything is beyond amazing! Easily the best bacon I have eaten. Will be purchasing from them again
