We are now taking deposits for Wagyu beef quarters to be delivered in October of 2025, and $400 deposit reserves your beef quarter.   Our Angus/Shorthorn cows sired these half blood Wagyu calves, that will be ready starting in November of 2024.  Raised on grass all there lives fed hay and non gmo grains in the winter months. Very limited supply order today! 

Final price will be $17.50 lb. (which includes processing & delivery, not sales tax approximately $35.00), and we expect each quarter to yield around 90 to 100 lbs. of take-home meat. Each quarter is processed into a variety of cuts, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, packaged in easy to use portions.

In the spring, summer, and fall months they are on lush pasture with lots of sunlight, eating rich green grasses, legumes, and clover. We rotate our cattle through our pastures to ensure to keep the grass in a high quality, vegetative state. In the winter, we provide the cattle with high quality hay to ensure their growth and continued nutrition.

We raise our pigs in pastures with trees where they can obtain all the forage they want, this includes; nuts, grubs, and plants.  We also use an all-natural, locally grown non-GMO feed along with vegetable scraps. The pigs get plenty of exercise as they run up and down the hills, roaming and rooting out whatever goodies they find. This combination of a healthy diet and plenty of fresh air and exercise produces very high quality and healthy pork. We eat and truly enjoy the meat we raise. We do not use any antibiotics or hormones to enhance growth.
