Our cattle are 100% grass fed from time of weaning until they are processed. In the spring, summer, and fall months they are on lush pasture with lots of sunlight, eating rich green grasses, legumes, and clover. We rotate our cattle through our pastures to ensure to keep the grass in a high quality, vegetative state. In the winter, we provide the cattle with high quality hay to ensure their growth and continued nutrition. When you put a deposit down, we will reserve your spot on the selected portion of beef for an upcoming processing date. Pick-up is done at the processing facility.
