Cilantro is a great addition to any tomato, salad, bean or soup dish. Used especially in Mexican American and Middle Eastern foods, if you like cilantro, you can put it in just about anything. Our farm grown fresh cilantro has almost a buttery sheen, and the flavor is more defined than the bunches found on store shelves. Our bunches are a good farmers market size about 2 to 4 oz.

Curly kale like all kale is full of nutrition. This kale is specifically great for salads as the curls hold the dressings well, or for kale dishes where you want the texture to hold up as in soups. The flavor is a bit sweeter than Toscano kale in the cooler seasons.
