Used especially in Mexican American and Middle Eastern foods, if you like cilantro, you can put it in just about anything. Our farm grown fresh cilantro has almost a buttery sheen, and the flavor is more defined than the bunches found on store shelves. Our bunches are a good farmers market size about 2 to 4 oz.

The flavor is a bit sweeter than Toscano kale in the cooler seasons. This kale is mostly green, but sometimes is purple due to variety or cooler weather.
