It also decreases the weight further, making price comparisons by weight with non-dry-aged beef more difficult. In contrast, much supermarket beef is injected with fluids which boosts its weight.

How much fat are you buying with your beef? Our beef is very low in fat, so that more of what you receive will be usable meat. Moreover, the fat from 100% grassfed cattle is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, unlike grainfed beef, which has far more Omega 6 fatty acids. Rest assured, though, that if is cooked correctly, our beef is tender and delicious.

Are processing charges included?  All fees are included in our prices, including all processing and packing charges. Our processor is a small, family-owned, award-winning, USDA inspected facility located just 15 miles from our farm, that works hard to fulfill our customers' requests.
