To achieve the best eating experience, simply sear for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees for medium rare.

This was our first time ordering a half beef and after looking at different farms we chose McCabe Family Farms. I could not be more happy working with them through the entire process. There prices were reasonable and included the butcher fees. They worked with Burt's Butcher Shop who were also very helpful in the process. My family will definitely be looking to order through McCabe Family Farms again in the future. We will be looking into their pork options as well!
