Pre-made Hamburger Pattie Sleeve. Individual 1/4 lb. Patties (1) Ground Beef (20 1lb packages) Add ons will be one of the following of our choice - Flank Steak, skirt, or Fillet Mignon. McCabe Family Farms will make substitutions in equal or greater value in the rare event that a cut of beef is unavailable.

This was our first time ordering a half beef and after looking at different farms we chose McCabe Family Farms. I could not be more happy working with them through the entire process. There prices were reasonable and included the butcher fees. They worked with Burt's Butcher Shop who were also very helpful in the process. My family will definitely be looking to order through McCabe Family Farms again in the future. We will be looking into their pork options as well!

We placed our first order with McCabe Family Farm a couple weeks ago and have enjoyed several delicious meals made with meat from that order. They are reasonably priced, responsibly raised and delivered free to local customers. Highly recommend purchasing from McCabe Family Farm.
