Common Thyme - aka garden thyme, German thyme, or just "thyme" (Thymus vulgaris).  One of the most important and versatile herbs, part of herbs de Provence and bouquet garni, great with poultry, potatoes, anythyme you need herb flavor.  
Tiny gray/green leaves on woody stems.  Often used whole, then removed before serving, but it is possible to strip most of the leaves by holding the growing tip of a branch with one hand and running your fingers down the branch towards the base if you wish to leave the leaves in your dish.

Our Angus/Shorthorn cows sired these half blood Wagyu calves, that will be ready starting in November of 2024.  Raised on grass all there lives fed hay and non gmo grains in the winter months.
