Free Range Chicken Eggs (for eating)

1 dozen eggs from my happy, healthy hens! They have access to several acres that include a variety of plants that are high in minerals, not just grass. Eating eggs will be over a week old, because the freshest eggs are used for hatching. Also, the best eggs for hard boiling are eggs that are over a week old. Super fresh eggs stick to the shell.

Barnyard Mix Hatching Eggs

They will be turned multiple times per day. I have an assortment of breeds of hens, and my roosters are currently Bielefelder, Orpington & Blue Jersey Giant.

Our flock is a mix of standard, jumbo and celadon coturnix quail of many colors.

Our heritage breed ducks are free ranged on a few acres with pond access.

Guineafowl Eggs- 1/2 dozen

These eggs are smaller than a chicken egg, but they boast up to 3x as many nutrients per oz (including protein), which is partly due to the Guinea’s amazing foraging abilities. They prefer fresh plant and bugs, and often snub dry feed when there is fresh stuff available.

Buttery Rustic Sandwich Bread

A slightly more dense and moist bread, with a crunchy buttery crust. We usually need several hours notice so your bread can be made fresh! (Ingredients: flour, water, butter, yeast, sugar, salt). Autumn Olive Jam, 8 oz- Dec 2024

Autumn Olives are named after the olive plant due to a similarity in the leaves, but are actually a sweet & tangy berry! They are considered a super food and contain all the essential amino acids, as well as being chock full of vitamin C. They are a little known native plant in Michigan.

Huckleberry Jam

Made with huckleberries from our garden and non-GMO pectin. Ingredients: huckleberries, sugar, lemon juice, Pomona’s Pectin (pectin, monocalcium phosphate)

Spiced Elderberry Jam

We left some of the skin and pulp in, and added spices for more of a health boost! Strong flavored, and not too sweet. Wild crafted from our property. (Ingredients: elderberries, sugar, lemon juice, spices, Pomona’s Pectin [pectin, monocalcium phosphate])

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, 8 oz DISCOUNTED

This jam was made with our own ripe, non-sprayed strawberries and rhubarb. The thickener used was non-GMO modified corn starch, which means it can also be used as a filling for hand pies or pop tarts. DISCOUNTED DUE TO SOME SEPARATION, STIR BEFORE USING. Separation does not affect the flavor.

Lemon Balm

Melissa Oficinalis, one of the most expensive essential oils is made from this plant. Tastes and smells delightfully like lemon, and has many healing properties. Be careful because this one spreads!

Guinea keet

Broccoli, DeCicco 4-pack

DeCicco is a cut and come again broccoli that starts out with a medium sized head. It continues to produce side shoots and that are perfect size to throw straight into the steamer! The leaves are tender and reminiscent of collard greens.

Copenhagen is an earlier variety, also known as Danish Ball Head.

Kale, Red Russian 3-pack

This is a smooth leaf variety that is great tender and great for stir fries and fresh eating. A good cold-hardy variety.

Kohlrabi produces ball-shaped stems that somewhat resemble jicama in flavor.

This pretty plant boasts a large, spicy leaf with colorful purple veining.

Celeriac is a celery that has both an edible stalk, and an edible root! It has a texture similar to potatoes and a tastes sweet, nutty, and slightly celery flavored.

Alyssum forms a roughly 12” short, round bush full of tiny white blossoms that are super fragrant. A favorite for pollinators and a favorite of mine as well!

Echinacea, Purpurea 3-pack

This variety, also known as broad-leaf echinacea, is grown primarily for its larger flowers. Watch the pollinators visit the flowers, then allow to dry on the stem for a natural bird feed.
