We strive to use sustainable farming practices, reduce waste, and avoid chemicals & GMOs. Himalayan salt is all we use, because we know some people are sensitive to table salt. Our produce and plant starts are heirloom varieties. Each family member contributes to the items offered for sale, including the kids. They get to keep all the profits from their items! Please be patient with them as they work out any inconsistencies in their baked goods, and all feedback is welcome. 😊

1 dozen eggs from my happy, healthy hens! They have access to several acres that include a variety of plants that are high in minerals, not just grass. Eating eggs will be over a week old, because the freshest eggs are used for hatching. Also, the best eggs for hard boiling are eggs that are over a week old. Super fresh eggs stick to the shell.

This jam was made with our own ripe, non-sprayed strawberries and rhubarb. The thickener used was non-GMO modified corn starch, which means it can also be used as a filling for hand pies or pop tarts. DISCOUNTED DUE TO SOME SEPARATION, STIR BEFORE USING. Separation does not affect the flavor.
