DeCicco is a cut and come again broccoli that starts out with a medium sized head. It continues to produce side shoots and that are perfect size to throw straight into the steamer! The leaves are tender and reminiscent of collard greens.

Copenhagen is an earlier variety, also known as Danish Ball Head.

This is a smooth leaf variety that is great tender and great for stir fries and fresh eating. A good cold-hardy variety.

Kohlrabi produces ball-shaped stems that somewhat resemble jicama in flavor.

This pretty plant boasts a large, spicy leaf with colorful purple veining.

Celeriac is a celery that has both an edible stalk, and an edible root! It has a texture similar to potatoes and a tastes sweet, nutty, and slightly celery flavored.

This is a large, late season cabbage with more dense heads that store better.

A tender early variety that produces small to medium heads very quickly.

This variety grows to 2-3 feet high, with 1-1.5” sprouts. Throw these on the grill, or roast with some balsamic vinegar… yum! Plants will withstand frost, giving you fresh veggies in late fall.

Artichokes produce a giant flower bud that is cooked and used in recipes like spinach & artichoke dip.

Alyssum forms a roughly 12” short, round bush full of tiny white blossoms that are super fragrant. A favorite for pollinators and a favorite of mine as well!

This variety, also known as broad-leaf echinacea, is grown primarily for its larger flowers. Watch the pollinators visit the flowers, then allow to dry on the stem for a natural bird feed. Or pick them and steep them in a tea for its detox and autoimmunity modulation effects. Warning: I am not a professional. Do some research and use only under a doctor’s supervision.

This bitter herb are traditionally used to aid digestion, and this one is full of minerals and vit C. The leaves, stems, and flowers can be eaten raw or cooked. Leaves are bitter tasting, but them stem is sweet and should be blanched to soften.

This variety is known for its slender pink stalks and stronger flavor than the store varieties. Add flavor and pop of color to your cuisine!

Purple Sprouting broccoli forms a smaller head, the continues to produce many side shoots throughout the season. Pluck off a bowl of the shoots and throw them straight in the steamer!

A tender, juicy old heirloom that grows 2-3’ tall and is slow to bolt!

This is a curly leaf variety that is perfect for kale chips or dishes like Zuppa toscana.

These eggs are smaller than a chicken egg, but they boast up to 3x as many nutrients per oz (including protein), which is partly due to the Guinea’s amazing foraging abilities. They prefer fresh plant and bugs, and often snub dry feed when there is fresh stuff available.

This jam was made with our own ripe, non-sprayed strawberries and rhubarb. The thickener used was non-GMO modified corn starch, which means it can also be used as a filling for hand pies or pop tarts. DISCOUNTED DUE TO SOME SEPARATION, STIR BEFORE USING. Separation does not affect the flavor.
