Nestled on 35 sustainable acres in Culver, Indiana, our Certified Naturally Grown farm grows fresh, seasonal, nutrient-dense food that nourishes both people and the planet. Often used whole, then removed before serving, but it is possible to strip most of the leaves by holding the growing tip of a branch with one hand and running your fingers down the branch towards the base if you wish to leave the leaves in your dish. Their breads and fresh produce are exactly what I have been looking for! Their microgreens are out of this world. I absolutely cannot wait for each week's delivery to my door of fresh, local, organic produce. Top notch service and wonderful people!
