I LOVED the salad I got from them. I'm not usually a salad person but theirs are incredible. It's seriously what salad dreams are made of. 10/10 would recommend.

Common Thyme - aka garden thyme, German thyme, or just "thyme" (Thymus vulgaris).  One of the most important and versatile herbs, part of herbs de Provence and bouquet garni, great with poultry, potatoes, anythyme you need herb flavor.  
Tiny gray/green leaves on woody stems.  Often used whole, then removed before serving, but it is possible to strip most of the leaves by holding the growing tip of a branch with one hand and running your fingers down the branch towards the base if you wish to leave the leaves in your dish.

Garden Sage, aka Common Sage, Green Sage, or just "Sage".  A few of these velvety, grey-green leaves can go a long way!  Most commonly used to flavor sauces, stuffings, poultry, pork, and sausages.
Try sauteing sage before adding it to dishes to increase its aroma.  Or just throw a couple of leaves in the cavity of the next chicken or turkey you roast whole.  Also frequently used as an aromatic garnish.
