Cilantro is a great addition to any tomato, salad, bean or soup dish. Used especially in Mexican American and Middle Eastern foods, if you like cilantro, you can put it in just about anything. Our farm grown fresh cilantro has almost a buttery sheen, and the flavor is more defined than the bunches found on store shelves. Our bunches are a good farmers market size about 2 to 4 oz.

The price includes the processor fees on the standard cut sheet. Everything is vacummed sealed. We will deliver your beef to the processor and if you live within 75 miles of the farm, we will deliver the finished product to your door step at no additional charge.

When you purchase, you will pay a deposit and be added to the next avaiable time slot. We will send you the cut sheet and make sure you understand it. Once your beef is delivered to the processor and it is weighed, you will be charged the remaining balance (plus if you want any additional add ons, example jerky, you will be charged at that time). It will then take approximately four weeks before your product is ready (remember, we dry age them for 21 days).
