Cilantro is a great addition to any tomato, salad, bean or soup dish. Used especially in Mexican American and Middle Eastern foods, if you like cilantro, you can put it in just about anything. Our farm grown fresh cilantro has almost a buttery sheen, and the flavor is more defined than the bunches found on store shelves. Our bunches are a good farmers market size about 2 to 4 oz.

Once your beef is delivered to the processor and it is weighed, you will be charged the remaining balance (plus if you want any additional add ons, example jerky, you will be charged at that time).
